邯鄲經濟技術開發區位于邯鄲市主城區東北部，2001年啟動建設，2013年升級為國家級?？偯娣e204平方公里，托管4個鄉鎮112個村，9個城市社區，人口30萬。經過20年的發展，現已建成國家火炬計劃邯鄲新材料產業基地、國家科技興貿新材料創新基地、國家現代農業產業園等14個國家和省級發展平臺。

The Handan Economic and Technological Development Zone (the Zone) is a national economic and technological development zone located in the northeast of the main urban area. Established in 2001 and upgraded to a national economic and technological development zone in 2013, the Zone covers an area of 204 square kilometers with a total population of 300,000. It has jurisdiction over 4 towns, 112 villages, and 9 residential communities. Over the past 20 years, the Zone has developed 14 national and provincial platforms, including the New Materials Industry Base under the National Torch Program, the New Materials Innovation Base under the National Strategy of Revitalizing Trade through Science and Technology, and the National Industrial Park of Modern Agriculture.

       ?. Location and transportation

       邯鄲經開區地處京津冀之南，中原經濟區之北，南北通衢、東西暢達。區內高速、高鐵、航空、國道、省道多維立體交通優勢明顯，坐擁京港澳高速邯鄲北口、青蘭高速邯鄲東口和邯鄲客運樞紐中心及城市客廳、京廣高鐵邯鄲東站，10分鐘可駛入高速、高鐵站，15分鐘可到達邯鄲機場，公路2小時經濟圈覆蓋石家莊、鄭州、濟南、太原四個省會城市及周邊23座城市，區域人口1.5億。

Located in the southern part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the northern part of the Central Plains Economic Zone, the Zone enjoys a strategic location within a multi-dimensional transportation network that includes expressways, high-speed railways, airports, national highways, and provincial highways. Notably, the north entrance of Handan on the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, the east entrance of Handan on the Qingdao-Lanzhou Expressway, the Handan Passenger Hub and the Urban Living Room, and the Handan Dong Railway Station of Beijing-Guangzhou High-speed Railway all contribute to the Zone's accessibility. Moreover, the Zone is only a 10-minute drive from the nearest expressway entrance and high-speed railway station, and a 15-minute drive to Handan Airport. The Zone is at the center of a two-hour economic circle connected by highways, covering four provincial capital cities (Shijiazhuang, Zhengzhou, Jinan, and Taiyuan) and 23 surrounding cities with a total population of 150 million.

       全區聚集各類市場主體2.5萬余家，規模以上企業60余家。已形成了高端白色家電、高端裝備制造、新能源、新材料“兩高兩新”四大主導產業和現代農業特色產業。先后引進中國船舶、新興際華、中建材、美的、吉利、法國圣戈班、荷蘭哈克、美國海蘭等一批全球500強和國際知名企業。

The Zone is home to more than 25,000 market entities, including over 60 above-scale enterprises. Its industrial structure comprises five key industries, namely the high-end white goods industry, high-end equipment manufacturing industry, new energy industry, new materials industry, and modern agriculture. The Zone has successfully attracted many Fortune Global 500 companies and world-renowned enterprises, such as China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC), Xinxing Cathay International Group, China National Building Material Co., Ltd. (CNBM), Midea, Geely Group, Saint-Gobain (France), Haking (the Netherlands), and Hy-Line (the USA).

       以總投資50億元的美的邯鄲工業園、總投資50億元的美的智能廚電工業園為代表，已形成年產家用空調855萬套、電熱水器300萬套、集成灶20萬套的生產能力，涉及電子元器件、鈑金、注塑等行業的核心家電配套項目均已落戶經開區，實現了白色家電配套的本土化、產業規?；?，美的空調成為全市首家產值超百億元的輕工業企業，已形成我國北方最大的白色家電生產基地。

The Zone is home to two major industrial parks, the Midea Handan Air Conditioning Industrial Park and the Midea Handan Intelligent Kitchen Appliance Industrial Park. These parks represent a total investment of 10 billion yuan from Midea and have annual production capacities of 8.55 million sets of air conditioners, 3 million sets of electric water heaters, and 200,000 sets of integrated stoves. the Zone has also attracted a series of core home appliance supporting projects, including those related to electronic components, steel plate processing, and injection molding. This localization of supporting industries has resulted in a large-scale production base for white goods, with Midea Air Conditioning becoming Handan's first light industrial enterprise with an output of more than 10 million yuan. As a result of these efforts, the Zone has become the largest white household appliance production base in northern China.

       以新興能源裝備、宏遠液壓、荷蘭哈克、華厚天成等公司為代表，形成了能源裝備、礦機裝備、農機裝備、環保設備四大制造基地。新興能源裝備股份有限公司是全球最大的重壓力容器儲運裝備生產基地，LNG系列儲運裝備多次打破世界紀錄和國際壟斷，711天然氣長管拖車口徑全球最大、技術世界唯一，被列為制造業領域的“大國重器”。

The Zone has established four major manufacturing bases, including an energy equipment base, a mining equipment base, an agricultural equipment base, and an environmental protection equipment base. These are represented by Xinxing Energy Equipment Co., Hebei Hongyuan Hydraulic Machinery and Technology Co., Ltd., Haking Agricultural Equipment, and Hebei Huahou Tiancheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.Among these companies, Xinxing Energy Equipment Co. is the world's largest production base for high-pressure storage and transportation equipment. Its series of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage and transportation equipment has broken world records and international monopolies multiple times, with its 711 long tube trailers for natural gas having the largest caliber in the world, and the technology adopted in production being unique. This company has been listed as one of the Pillars of a Great Power.

       3.新能源

       3.New energy

       以總投資20億元的氫能裝備產業園為載體，以中船第七一八研究所、吉利集團、中國鋼研集團、中國能源工程集團、氫藍時代公司、華勝信安公司為引領，形成了制氫、儲氫、輸氫、加氫為一體的產業鏈條。重點發展新能源示范、氫能技術開發及裝備制造、地熱應用等領域，鼓勵發展節能技術、清潔能源等領域，推動節能環保產業提檔升級、壯大規模。

The Zone has established an industrial chain for hydrogen production, storage, transmission, and refueling, centered around the hydrogen energy equipment industrial park, which has a total investment of 2 billion yuan. The CSSC 718th Research Institute, Geely Group, China Iron & Steel Research Institute Group (CISRI), SINOMEC, Shenzhen Hyndvation Co., and Beijing Huasun Co. are leading this effort, focusing on the development of new energy demonstration, hydrogen energy technology and equipment manufacturing, as well as the application of geothermal energy, etc. The promotion of energy-saving technology, clean energy and other fields is also a priority, aimed at upgrading and scaling up the energy-saving and environmental-protection industry.

       中船重工718研究所是我國唯一從事水電解制氫的國家級科研單位，是全球最大的水電解制氫設備生產基地，也是全國唯一的核電安全銷氫復合裝置研發生產基地，水電解制氫國內市場占有率超過70%，制氫設備單臺產氫量全球最大，多次應用于“神舟”“嫦娥”“天宮”等國家重大航天任務。

CSSC 718th Research Institute is the only national-level scientific research organization in China engaged in water electrolysis hydrogen production, and the world's largest manufacturing base for water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment. It is also China’s only research and development (R&D) and production base for composite hydrogen-removal devices for nuclear power safety. The domestic market share of water electrolysis hydrogen production exceeds 70% and becomes the world’s largest single-unit hydrogen production capacity, with its technology being used in major space missions such as Shenzhou, Chang'e and Tiangong.

       吉利遠程新能源商用車集團在經開區投資建設的“新能源商用車北方生產基地、液態陽光甲醇經濟全產業生態體系和創新推廣示范運營區”項目，構建了“裝備制造+清潔能源+智慧互聯”發展模式，已成為邯鄲能源結構、產業結構實現綠色低碳轉型的重要引擎。

Geely New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group (GCV) has invested and constructed the project "New Energy Commercial Vehicle Northern Production Base, the Full-Industry Ecological System for the Liquid Sunshine Methanol Economy, and Innovation Promotion Demonstration Operation Zone" in the Zone. This project has established a development model of Equipment Manufacturing+ Clean Energy+ Intelligent Interconnection, serving as an important engine for the green and low-carbon transformation of Handan's energy structure and industrial structure.

       4.新材料

       4.New materials

       擁有國家級、省級新材料基地牌子“雙重品牌”，以法國圣戈班、漢光耗材園、中建材碲化鎘、派瑞科技園、硅谷新材料等為代表，形成了結構陶瓷、辦公耗材、發電玻璃、特種氣體、特種纖維五大新材料門類。

The Zone has established itself as a "dual-brand" with both national-level and provincial-level new materials bases and can produce five categories of products: structural ceramics, office consumables, power generation glass, special gases, and special fibers. These products are represented by companies such as Saint-Gobain (France), Hanguang OA Toner Park, China National Building Material (CNBM) CdTe Glass, Peric Technological Park, and Handan Silicon Valley New Materials Co., Ltd. 

       中建材年產300兆瓦碲化鎘發電玻璃生產線是全球單線產能最大、首個高集成全產業鏈、首個“零”排放的大尺寸碲化鎘玻璃生產線。

CNBM's CdTe power generation glass production line, with an annual output of 300 megawatts (MW), has the world's largest single-line production capacity. It is also the first highly integrated whole industrial chain and the first large-size CdTe glass production line with zero emissions in the world.

       

       中船漢光年產墨粉2.8萬噸，OPC鼓8000萬支，規模全國第一，已成為全國最大的墨粉生產基地，在打印耗材上，形成了“南有珠海、北有邯鄲”的產業格局。

CSSC Hanguang, which has an annual output of 28,000 tons of toner and 80 million Organic Photoconductor (OPC) drums, has become China's largest toner production base. It has also formed an industrial pattern, namely “Zhuhai in the south and Handan in the north”, in the field of printing consumables.

       5.現代農業產業

       5.Modern agriculture

       以河北省首家國家級現代農業產業園——滏東現代農業園區為載體，形成了蔬菜和蛋雞兩大特色產業集群，構建了生產、加工、科技、物流為一體的現代農業產業體系，培育了華裕、六和、晨光、企美、五得利等5家國家級農業產業化龍頭企業、16家省級龍頭企業。

The modern agriculture base in the Zone has relied on the Fudong National Industrial Park of Modern Agriculture, the first national-level modern agricultural industrial park of Hebei, to establish two agricultural clusters with vegetables and laying hens at the center, and has created an industrial chain of modern agriculture that integrates production, processing, technology, and logistics. It has also incubated several leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, including five at the national level (Huayu, Liuhe, Chenguang, Qimei, and Wudeli) and 16 at the provincial level.

       華裕國際蛋雞孵化中心，年孵化健母雛1億只，單體規模全球最大。

Huayu International Poultry Incubation Center is the world's largest single laying hen hatchery center, with an annual hatching capacity of 100 million maternal chicks. 

       南大堡蔬菜市場，是全國第二大蔬菜市場，年交易蔬菜210億斤，交易額260億元，京津市場葉菜占有率超過35%。

The Nandabu Vegetable Market, the second largest in the peer group in China, trades 10.5 billion kilograms of vegetables (valued at around 26 billion yuan) every year and occupies a 35% share of the leafy vegetables market in Beijing and Tianjin.  

       以康諾乳品公司為核心，引進了俄羅斯最大的乳制品企業索尤茲斯納布集團和塞爾維亞乳制品企業普瑞麥卡公司，積極打造“一帶一路”食品產業園。

The Zone has attracted foreign investors in the agricultural sector such as Soyuzsnab Group, Russia’s largest dairy product enterprise, and Preme?a Co., Serbia’s dairy product enterprise, to actively build the Belt and Road Food Industrial Park with Handan Kangnuo Food Co., Ltd. playing a major role.

       聚集了北京大學邯鄲創新研究院、北京科技研究院邯鄲分院、河北工程大學、院士工作站、博士后工作站等一批高校院所和科研站所，擁有領軍創業者50余人、博士以上人才200余人、專業技術人才3萬余人，匯聚了高質量發展的人才大軍。

In scientific and technological innovation perspective, the Zone has gathered a diverse range of universities, research institutes, and scientific research stations, including Handan Institute of Innovation of Peking University, Handan Beike High-tech Co., Ltd. of Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, Hebei University of Engineering, academician workstations, and postdoctoral workstations. The Zone attracts a rich talent pool for high-quality development, with more than 50 leading entrepreneurs, over 200 talents holding doctoral degrees or higher, and a professional and technical workforce exceeding 30,000. 

       區內企業承擔國家863計劃6個、國家火炬計劃13個、國家重點新產品11個、國家星火計劃3個、國家重大科技專項2個。

The enterprises in the Zone have undertaken 6 National High-tech R&D Programs of China (863 Program), 13 National Torch Programs, 11 National Key New Products, three China Spark Programs, and two National Programs for Key Science & Technology Projects. 

       擁有省級以上企業技術中心和工程中心35家，高新技術企業60家，省級科技型中小企業546家，省級專精特新企業17家，省級“科技小巨人”企業13家?？萍紡臉I人員和專業技術人才達到1.2萬人，60余項成果獲得國家、省、市科技進步獎，申請專利580余件。

The Zone is also home to 35 enterprise technology centers and engineering centers above the provincial level, 60 high-tech enterprises, 546 provincial-level science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), 17 provincial-level specialized and sophisticated enterprises that produce new and unique products, and 13 provincial-level Science and Technology-based Little Giant enterprises. The number of science and technology professionals and professional and technical personnel has reached 12,000, with over 580 patent applications filed and more than 60 achievements wining national, provincial, and municipal science and technology progress awards.

The Zone has achieved high standards of Eight Networks (i.e., networks for roads, electricity, green, communications, tap water, natural gas, sewage water, and heat) and Ten Connections (i.e., roads, electricity, communications, heat, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, rainwater, natural gas, the Internet, cable television network), as well as One Leveling (ground leveling). These efforts have resulted in the formation of a "core functional circle" and a "comprehensive service circle within a 15-minute distance" with a radius of 10 kilometers, continuously upgrading its capability and level of public services.For now, the Yueai New Town covers an area of 20 square kilometers and the Eastern Satellite Town covers an area of 30 square kilometers are being planned and implemented.
